MATES Respond

Empowering sites with immediate support

Equip your team with the skills to provide guidance and safety after a critical incident, ensuring no site faces tragedy alone.

The MATES Respond Program is a 4-hour training course created upon the request of MATES volunteers to provide a best practice framework in supporting site after an incident. This training compliments the overall MATES model. It is available to MATES Connectors or ASIST Volunteers.

What is the purpose of mates respond training?

The purpose of this program is to provide sites with their own supports and guidance when an incident happens. Then they can look after the site until further supports can attend.
